Rody Ryan and Gerard Tannam will be presenting a framework for the continuing professional development of our members. Rody will review the “8 Core Competencies” of the PSA from the perspective of the Ireland Chapter while Gerard will lead a discussion on what we can do, both as individuals and as an Association, to ensure that our new brand “The Island” is synonymous with the highest standards of professional speaking.

A Time For Heroes evolved from a series of creative workshops which we conducted over the summer, exploring different ways of speaking. Through the personal stories of a selection of speakers, we invite you to consider the heroic in your own life and in the lives of those around you.
We've deliberately chosen The Winding Stair Bookshop for its cozy, intimate ambiance. As this is a relaxed, informal setting, places are very limited and will be offered on a first-come basis.
